Wayne Stevens

Wayne M. Stevens, 73, of Lincoln, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at his home.

Born September 7, 1950, to Dale and Norma (Brilinski) Stevens in Warren, MI, he was raised in Spruce.  Wayne was a foreman with JG Phillips in Alpena.  On October 1, 2005, he married Julie Bye in Davison, MI, and they resided in Lincoln.  Wayne was a former member of the Ossineke Eagles Club.  He was an easy going man, who loved spending time with his grandkids.  He was mechanically inclined, and often found in his garage tinkering on projects for family and friends.  He enjoyed spending time at his camp, hunting deer and fishing. 

Wayne is survived by his wife, Julie, two sons, Scott (Jennifer) Stevens, and Kevin Stevens, three step children, Cherie (Rich) Nentwig, Aaron (Amanda) Long, and Steve (Melissa) Long, nine grandchildren, one sister, Kimberly Scott, and three brothers, Ron, Glen, and Marshall (Amy) Stevens.  

Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
