Virginia M Mclellan

Virginia M. McLellan, 96, of Harrisville, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

She was born on December 9, 1929, in Pittsburgh, PA. On February 3, 1950, she married Rev. Donald D. McLellan in Royal Oak. They lived throughout Eastern Michigan and retired to Harrisville in 1988. Ginny loved tending to her garden and was always planning next year’s garden. She loved her dogs, and birds, but most of all loved spending time with her family.

Ginny is survived by seven children, Susan Littrell, John McLellan, Carol McLellan, Barbara (Matthew) Ponce deLeon, Alexander (Sandra) McLellan, Margaret McLellan, and Douglas (Karen) McLellan, 14 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren, Aaron Kintigh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald McLellan, and her parents, Roland and Fern (Brittain) Hill.

Visitation will be Friday, February 6, 2026, from 1:00 PM until the funeral service at 2:00 PM at the Lincoln United Methodist Church. Rev. Reeve Segrest will officiate. Arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
