Sharon Kay (Fettes) Kraft - Age 83, of Ossineke MI, passed away on Saturday, June 1st, 2024.
Sharon was born on March 15th, 1941, in Haynes Township, Michigan, where she grew up, Sharon was the 2nd oldest out of a family of 12 children of Kenneth and Kathleen (Furca) Fettes. She spent almost 65 amazing years Married to her love, Louis Kraft, they married on July 2, 1959. They had 3 children Helen, Kenny, and Holly, and helped raise many others such as Louis’s brothers Clarence, Ray, and Jimmy (Kraft) like they were their own. Sharon spent her life helping others and managing the home while Louis worked and made the money. They were always an amazing team. She enjoyed the outdoors, feeding the deer, squirrels, birds, and bunnies. She loved her dog and was very skilled at training all the pets they had over the years. She enjoyed running errands with her niece April and watching westerns with her husband.
Most of all Sharon loved spending time joking, laughing and simply chatting the day away with her family and friends.
She was the best friend to many and was extremely supportive and always made sure everyone knew just how much she loved them.
Sharon was preceded in Heaven by her son Kenny Kraft (2012) and daughter Holly (Kraft) Gill (2022).
She is survived and dearly missed by her husband, Louis Kraft; daughter Helen Kraft, son in law Rick Gill, Grandchildren Zandrea Kraft -Ide & husband J.D. Ide (Great-Granddaughter; Faith Ide) Joshua Skinner (Great-Grandchildren; Kelsey, Alexis, Mary, and Emilee) and Melissa Skinner (Great-Grandchildren Joseph, Kayleb and Cooper) her brothers and sisters, Kimberly (Fettes) and Ray Kraft, Soni and Lyle Basanz, Hope and Daryl Lafave, JoAnne Howay, Bonnie Johnson, Marsha McConnel, Dave and Gennie Kraft, Roseann and Harold, Robert Kraft, Jim and Gloria Kraft, Clarence and Denise, Alberta Martin cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She will also be incredibly missed by her little dog Cody whom she loved dearly.
Funeral Services will be held at Gillies Funeral Home, located at 104 W Alger St. Lincoln MI. Visitation will be available for family and friends to gather to rejoice in memory of Sharon on Friday, June 7th from 3 pm-8 pm and Saturday, June 8th from 1 pm-2 pm directly followed by the Ceremonial Service from 2 pm -3 pm.
