Sally Ann Nedo

Sally A. Nedo, 83, of Harrisville, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Maple Grove Adult Foster Care in Barton City.   Born April 12, 1935 to Harry and Violet (Ward) Pletscher in Flint, she has been a resident of Alcona County for most of her life. On April 18, 1953, Sally married Herbert Nedo, and they resided in Killmaster. Sally served for many years as the Gustin Township Treasurer. She attended Calvary Baptist Church in Mikado. Sally enjoyed dancing, talking, and baking, especially cinnamon rolls.   She is survived by two daughters, Peggy (Bill) Bethuy, and Brenda (Brian) Lynn, one son, Keith (Nancy) Nedo, five grandchildren, Billy, Sarah, Chad, Kenzie, and Tanner, and six great grandchildren, Asa, Edith, Emmet, Henrik, Will, and Nora. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert on January 11, 2010.   Mrs. Nedo is at Gillies Funeral Home in Lincoln, where friends may call on Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 11:00 AM until the funeral service at 1:00 PM.
