Roger Shane Johnson

Roger “Shane” Johnson, 55, of Harrisville, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at his home.

Born October 28, 1968 to Roger K. and Louella L. (Peacock) Johnson in Tawas City, MI, he was raised in Oscoda.  Shane attended Macomb Community College, and was a professional mechanic and machinist.  On October 22, 2005, he married Carla Bond in St. Clair Shores, MI.  Shane was an avid NASCAR fan, and enjoyed watching his shows.  He loved anything automotive, and building lamps and lanterns.  His family meant everything to him, and was his whole world.

Shane is survived by his wife, Carla, his sister, Theresa Harmon (Scott Hoffman). His daughters, Victoria (Rodney) Morisette, Shawna (Jaden) Bartz, and Tiahanna Bond, three grandchildren, Jordan, Rozlyn, and Rodney Morisette III, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents.  

Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
