Richard K. McGuire

Richard K. McGuire, 81, of Glennie, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022, at his home. Born July 3, 1941, to Richard G. and Lorraine (King) McGuire in Alcona County, he was a lifelong resident of the area. Richard worked on his farm and owned and operated a sawmill. In 1961, he married Gloria Busch. Richard was a hard worker and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Richard is survived by his wife, Gloria, two sons, Richard (Elaine) McGuire and Gene McGuire, two granddaughters, Jennifer and Rebecca McGuire, and three half-sisters, Sandy Kowalski, Debbie Hamlin, and Kathy Cappiello. He was preceded in death by a half-sister, Pam George. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln. To order memorial trees in memory of Richard K.
