Randy Minkley passed away on 5/28/2026, leaving behind a huge space in the hearts of his friends and family, along with a lifetime supply of stories that will only grow more exaggerated with time. He was the kind of person who could make everyone laugh and make anyone feel welcome.
Whether he was working the grill at a backyard barbecue, filling his freezer with food for anyone who needed it, or showing off the endless collection of toys, Randy had a way of making life more fun for everyone around him.
If you needed a laugh, a helping hand, or someone to fix just about anything, Randy was your guy. The loyalty he gave came right back to him tenfold. His friendships weren’t casual acquaintances — they were chosen family, built over years of laughter, favors, inside jokes, and stories that probably shouldn’t be repeated in polite company.
He had a gift for making people feel included, appreciated, and entertained all at once.
Randy leaves behind countless people who already miss his laugh, his generosity, and his terrible/great jokes. Wherever Randy is now, you can bet he’s already making people laugh, lending a hand, and offering to fire up the BBQ.
He is survived by his daughters Renee Adams and Michelle Soles
