Pearl D Piirala

Pearl D. Piirala, 57, of Lincoln, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024 at her home.

Born April 13, 1966, to Raymond and Barbara (Polzin) Badowski in Key West, Fl, she was raised in Redford Twp, MI.  She moved to the Lincoln area in 2007.  Pearl was a talented artist; she loved to paint and arrange flowers.  She was known for her strong Christian faith and attended Anchor Baptist Church.  She was very outgoing and would help anybody she could.  She touched so many lives and cherished her grandchildren.  

Pearl is survived by five children, Ryan (Felecia) Badowski, Luke Himick, Tatiana Himick, Eleezia Piirala, and Elijah Piirala, six grandchildren, Kaiden, Aubree and Giovonni Himick, Brooklyn Curley, Dominick Underwood and Lily Badowski, two sisters, Darlene (Tim) Howell, and Angela (Kyle Bartlett) Badowski, one brother, Raymond Badowski, nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Dana, Kyle, Angelica, Kayla, Charlie, Alexia, and Damien, her step father, John Richards, and James Himick.  She was preceded in death by two daughters, Tara Underwood and Saleena Underwood, and her parents, Raymond Badowski and Barbara Richards.  

Pearl is at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, where visitation will be Wednesday, March 20, 2024, from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  Private burial services will be held at Twin Lakes Cemetery, Lincoln.
