Marvin D. Gauthier

Marvin D. Gauthier, 60, of Harrisville, passed away Friday, February 19, 2021 at his home. He was born September 5, 1960 in Alpena, MI. A lifelong resident of the area, Marvin worked with his brother at Larry’s Electric. He enjoyed helping in his community and was often found snowblowing or mowing his neighbors’ lawns. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Marvin is survived by two daughters, Angel (Todd) Swick and Sylvia (Tony) Anderson of Harrisville, seven grandchildren, Olivia Gauthier, Jaeden, Cameron, Garrett, and Landen Burke, Dalton Blossom, and Michael Aurilio, his siblings, Larry Wayne (Barb) Gauthier, Karen Wingart, Marla (Earl) Lindsey, Maureen (Gary) Somers, Renee Tierney, Linda, Woody, and Kenny Vanvolkenburg, and his mother, Frances Neumann. He was preceded in death by his son Marvin Gauthier Jr., and his parents Laurence and Melba (Spencley) Gauthier. Marvin is at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, where friends may call on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
