Liticia "Tish" Norton

Liticia M. “Tish” Norton, 67, of Lincoln, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2026 at her home.

Born September 20, 1958 to William G. and Mae K. (Paulsrud) Rifenbark Sr. in Bay City, MI, she was raised in Pinconning. Tish moved to Barton City in 1978, and was a longtime resident of the area. On November 5, 1988, she married M. Jeff Norton in Harrisville. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Harrisville. Tish enjoyed puzzles, crosswords, and crafting, especially diamond art. She was an avid NASCAR fan, and liked racing snowmobiles and working on cars. She enjoyed bowling and had a deep love for animals.

Liticia is survived by her husband, Jeff, four children, Edward “E.J.” (Nina) Knight, Amanda (Dennis) Barton, Angel (Kenny) Belill, and Kayla (Al) Worthington, eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, her sister Karen Mogg, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by four siblings, Buck Rifenbark, Dennis Rifenbark, Janet Ross, and Debbie Rifenbark.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 11:00 AM until the funeral service at 1:00 PM at GIllies Funeral Home in Lincoln.
