Julie A. Eberhardt, 60, of Harrisville, passed away Monday, June 18, 2018 at her home.   She was born May 25, 1958 to Lloyd and Edna (Struthers) Ranger and spent most of her life in the Lincoln area plus Duluth, MN, and Clark Field, the Philippines.  She graduated from Alcona High School in 1976 and attended nursing school and apprenticeship in Alpena, MI becoming a Registered Nurse.  On October 25, 1990, she married William Eberhardt in Harrisville.  After completing her nursing training, she went on to serve in medical /surgical wards, the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Care at Alpena Regional Medical Center until her retirement.   Julie was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Lincoln, MI.  She was active in gardening, earning a Master Gardener’s certificate through Michigan State University and supported the Alcona Farmer’s Market.    Julie is survived by two daughters, Jessica (Matt) Keyser of Harrisville, MI, and Norma Spano of Wauwautosa, WI, grandsons Ben Spano and Jaxen Keyser, granddaughters Trinity and Brielle Keyser, brothers Michael (Emelyn) Ranger of Midwest OK, Douglas (Cathy) Ranger of Carthage NC, sisters Jill (Pete) McClaughlin of Wakefield RI, and Gail Elliott of West Liberty OH, nephew Sam (Ashley) Elliott,  niece Brittany Thurston and great nephews Reid and Reese Elloitt. She was preceded in death by her husband, William and her parents.    There will be a memorial gathering Sunday, July 22, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Jessica’s home in Harrisville.  Memorial donations are suggested to the Alcona Humane Society.  To order memorial trees or send flowers to the family in memory of Julie A.
