Janice K. Wilding

Janice K. Wilding, 87, of Black River, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025 at her home.

Janice was born December 16, 1937 in Flint, Michigan, and raised in Bay Port, MI. She graduated from Bay Port - Pigeon High School. Janice worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles.

Janice is survived by three sons, Charles Wilding of Black River, Keith (Jolie) Wilding of Biloxi, MS, and James (Nancy) Wilding of Black River, her grandchildren, Amanda Wilding of Caro, MI, Kelcie (Nicholas) Fountain of Biloxi, MS, Kaleigh Wilding (Alex Mooney) of Wesson, MS, Matthew (Tammy) Gaeth of Kinde, MI, Aaron (Tenishia) Gaeth of Owendale, MI, Nicole Bryant of Alexander City, AL, Justin (Jessica) Wilding of Alpena, MI, Anne (Chris) Ostrander of Norton Shores, MI, Joe LaFave II of Olathe, KS, Charles LaFave of Sault St. Marie, MI, and several loving great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Frank Wilding, her parents, William and Marjorie (Williams) Brown, and her grandmother, Minnie “Nee Nee” Williams.

Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
