Janet M. Frappier

Janet M. Frappier, 87, of Clio, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023 at MyMichigan Medical Center in Alpena.

Born October 2, 1936, to Delmore and Bernice (Palmer) Swartwout in San Bernardino, CA, she was raised in Clio, MI.  A devoted homemaker, Janet enjoyed working in her yard at the Farm house in Clio, where she raised her children.  

Janet is survived by her three children, Brian (Doreen) Frappier, of Columbia MO, Christine (Donald) VonFintel of Estero FL, and Kyle Frappier of Wetmore, MI, five grandchildren, and one great grandson.  She was preceded in death by her brothers Delmore Swartwout and Robert Swartwout, her uncle and aunt, Albert and Doris Rupprecht, and her husband of 40 years, Bruce Frappier.  

Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
