On January 21, 2024 at the age of 85, Francis J. Jasso passed away peacefully in hospice at Aleda E. Lutz VA Hospital in Saginaw Michigan, just 4 months following the passing of his loving wife, Linda Lou Jasso.
Frank Jasso, a pioneer in the arboriculture industry, poured his love of nature and landscape to build an oasis in the woods. He took great pride in his retirement property, creating elaborate gardens and one of the greenest/lush lawns in northern Michigan. He worked hard from a young age to provide for his family and was a pillar example to others that if you work hard, anything is possible. His hobbies included woodworking and he shared his love of bird watching with his wife Linda. Together, they turned their property into a bird watching retreat which he enjoyed up through his final days in his home.
Frank is survived by his children, Karla Trosen, Frances Jasso, John Jasso, and Christina Jasso. His step children Julie Quandt, Kandyce Atkins and Laura Donnelly. His siblings Annette Thompson, Jim Jasso and John Jasso. His grandchildren, Danielle, Steven, Brandy, Linzi, Hayley, Delaney, Jefferson, Jillian and his great grandchildren Maddox, Cashton, Brantley and Harlow.
Frank is preceded in death by his loving wife, Linda Lou Jasso. The family takes great comfort in knowing they are together again in heaven, where there is no suffering and where all endings are new beginnings in the arms of God. He is also preceded in death by his siblings Joseph Jasso, Michael Jasso Jr. and Susan Daugherty.
In Loving Memory; Francis J Jasso 1938 – 2024.
