David E. Baker

David E. Baker, 63, of Harrisville, passed away Friday, March 21, 2025.

Born January 30, 1962 to Curtis and Helen (Boatright) Baker in Detroit, MI, he was raised in Redford. He has been a resident of the Harrisville area for the past 25 years. Dave worked with Jim Pyne, installing and maintaining wood stoves. He was always willing to help anyone in need. He enjoyed hunting and fishing as well as bowling. He was an avid sports fan, and loved watching the Detroit Lions, and Tigers.

Dave is survived by his mother Helen (Mitch) Conn, two sisters, Sherry (Jim) Pyne and Kim (Joey) Priestly, six nieces and nephews, Roger (Brooke) Klukowski, Jon (Holly) Klukowski, Danny Klukowski, Bill (Madi) Baker, Breanna Holmes, and Faith Holmes, 7 great nieces and nephews, and his beloved canine friends, Hunter and Molson. He was preceded in death by his father, Curtis Baker, his nephew, Timothy Holmes, and his special friend, Donna Nowak.

David is at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, where visitation will be on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 1:00 PM until the funeral service at 4:00 PM. Rev. Reeve Segrest will officiate.
