Corkie Kehring

Corkie Kehring, 75, of Lincoln, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022 at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland. Born June 18, 1946 to Harry and Mary Jane (Wright) Boughner in Redford, MI, she was raised there and in Detroit. She married Robert G. Kehring in Oscoda. A loving homemaker, Corkie enjoyed bowling, speed skating, and a good word search or puzzle. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Corkie is survived by three children, Robert G. (Kristie) Kehring II of Houghton Lake, MI, Tom H. (Terrie) Kehring of Oscoda, MI, Pamela (Chad) Wingrove of Tampa, FL, six grandchildren, Robert Kehring III, Kendra (Jake) Sexton, Lyle (Katelynn) Laberge, Thomas (Chantelle) Laberge, Toni Laberge, and Tara (Shane) Pinder, her great grandchildren, Olivia, Katrina, Alexis, Maverick, Kyle, Saylor, A’Leigha, and Isaiah. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert G. Kehring, Charles, her daughter-in-law, Penny Kehring, her parents, and two brothers, Frank and Bud Reckling. There will be a Celebration of Corkie’s Life on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Oscoda American Legion from 2:00 until 5:00 PM, with a brief service at 3:30 PM.
