Charles E. Rye, 86, of Lincoln, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at Touch of Country Adult Foster Care in Alpena. He is survived by his son Stephen Rye and his stepson Brian Napier. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia on July 4, 2010, and his son Randall Rye. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home in Lincoln.
