Carol D. Ward

Carol D. Ward, 90, of Harrisville, passed away Friday, December5, 2025.

Born November 17, 1935, to Howard and Frances Dubisky in Romulus, MI, she was raised there. On June 19, 1954, she married Gerald Ward in Romulus.  Carol loved working in her garden, taking care of animals, and especially enjoyed playing BINGO and trips to the casino, where she was very lucky.

Carol is survived by her son, Thomas (Debra) Ward of Harrisville, her granddaughter, Andrea (Michael) Needham of Alpena, three great grandchildren, Araceli, Rain, Zane Needham, her brother, Harold Dubisky, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln. Per Carol's wishes, there will be no services at this time. Memorial donations are suggested to the Alcona Humane Society.
