Annmarie B. Stheiner, 79, of Harrisville, passed away Friday, May 14, 2021 at her home. Born December 15, 1941 to Clinton F. and Wilma (Coller) Craig in Flint, MI, she was raised there and in Grand Blanc. On July 9, 1960, she married Phillip Stheiner in Grand Blanc. They were residents of Ypsilanti MI, Germany, Hamburg MI, and retired to Harrisville in 1994. A devoted homemaker, Annmarie enjoyed working at the Alcona County Library. She was an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Harrisville where she served as Elder, was active in the women’s group and choir. Annmarie sang with the Sweet Adelines, enjoyed scrapbooking, and was proud to be a lifetime member and leader of the Girl Scouts. Annmarie is survived by her husband, Phillip, three children, Mark (Amy) Stheiner, Heather (Rick) McIntosh, and Holly (Owen) Astwood, seven grandchildren, Ryan and Riley Stheiner, Jonathan, Matthew, and Abigail McIntosh, and Isabel and Madelyn Astwood, one great granddaughter, Aspen McIntosh, her sister, Bethany (Vern) Deaton, three brothers, Kenneth (Sonja) Craig, Keith Craig, and Kurt Craig, brothers and sisters-in-law, John (Lana) Stheiner, Sharon (Chuck) Fisher, Pauline (James) Goodwin, Sunday (David) Sands, George (Char) Stheiner, Jack (Donna) Stheiner, and Linda (Al) Pretty, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters-in-law, Nancy Carroll and Sadie Mullaly. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Harrisville. Rev. Ken Krause will officiate. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln. Memorial donations are suggested to Westminster Presbyterian Church or Hospice of Michigan.
