Michael D. Fitch

Michael D. Fitch, 69, of Mikado, formerly of White Lake, passed away Monday, July 4, 2016 at his home. Born December 21, 1946 to Norman and Lucille (McCann) Fitch in Detroit, he was raised in Lake Orion. He worked for General Motors in White Lake, and retired to Mikado in 1994. He was a member of Oxbow Lake Baptist Church, and was the proud driver of the Sunday School bus. Mike was a “Jack of all trades” and could fix anything. On November 8, 2008, he married Nancy Parrott. Mike is survived by his wife Nancy, daughter, Laurie (Jeffrey) True, son, Kevin (Tina) Fitch, stepchildren, Monika and Clifford (Cassie) Senical, seven grandchildren, Jeffrey; Kyle; Dean; Maisie; Jacob; Carly; and Austin, one great granddaughter, Lirien, one sister, Margaret Rossetto, and his former wife, Carol Range. He was preceded in death by one sister, two brothers, and his wife, M. Gail Fitch. Services will be Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Psalms Chapel at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, MI.
