Jody E. Gauthier Sr

Jody E. Gauthier Sr., 56, of White Lake, MI, passed away May 8, 2016. Born September 11, 1959 to Forrest and Barbara Gauthier, in Alpena, he was raised in Alcona County. On February 25, 1977, he married Victoria Torz in Harrisville. They moved to White Lake, where Jody worked as an operations manager for a restoration company. He loved the outdoors, especially bow hunting and salmon and walleye fishing. He is survived by his wife, Victoria, two daughters, Barbie Gauthier of Highland and Shannon Gauthier of Keego Harbor, one son, Jody Gauthier Jr of Pontiac, one granddaughter, Lillian, four sister, Cheryl Laube of Mikado, Rebbeca Aube of Ossineke, Billie Jo Keerl of Ossineke, and Elizabeth Richards of Spruce, five brothers, Monroe of Alpena, Solomon of Tennessee, David of Spruce, Brian of Hubbard Lake and Randy Gauthier of Cadillac, as well as 16 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Forrest Jr. and James Gauthier, and his sister, Heidi Lobaugh. There will be a memorial service Saturday, May 21 2016 at Gillies Funeral Home in Lincoln, at 11:00. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM. Luncheon will follow at the Lincoln United Methodist Church.
