Michael S. Sedoskey

Michael S. Sedoskey, 92, of Harrisville, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Alpena Regional Medical Center. He was born November 13 1923 in Rossiter, PA. He was raised in Pennsylvania, and worked in the coal mines, until moving to Michigan where he was employed at Solar Machine Products Co. He married the former Irene Barton in 1990, and they were residents of Harrisville. He was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Harrisville. He was a "Jack of all trades" and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Irene, seven step children, Sharon Shaw; Tony Jeckewicz; Antoinette Super; Tim Jeckewicz; Renee Foster; Tom Jeckewicz; and Noelle Gilomen, 14 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister and six brothers. There will be a Memorial Mass Tuesday, march 29, 2016 at 12:00 PM at St. Anne Catholic Church in Harrisville. Rev. Bob Bissot will officiate.
