Forest James Bowers Jr.

Forest James Bowers Jr., 83, passed away Friday, March 6, 2015 at his home. He is survived by his daughter, Susan (Dan) Pardee of Pembine WI, two grandchildren, Forest “J.R.” Bowers IV and Crystal Bowers, one great granddaughter, Zoe Bowers, two sisters, June Dorr, and Betty Anderson, and one brother Henry Bowers. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marty on March 27, 2003, his son Forest “Lee” Bowers III on August 6, 1991, his sister, Esther, and two brothers, James and Harry. Mr. Bowers is at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, where friends may call on Monday, March 9, from 2:00 until 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 10, at 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
