William C. Edgley

William C. Edgley, 91 of Lost Lake Woods Club, Lincoln, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at his home. Born February 11, 1923, to Charles and Carrie (Jennings) Edgley in Standish, MI, he was raised in Flint. William married Leona Fellows on April 22, 1943, and they were residents of Flint and Davison. He served in the United States Navy during WWII. William worked as a staff engineer in product design for Buick, retiring in 1978, after 38 years. In 1978 he moved to Lost Lake Woods Club. He is survived by his wife, Leona, daughter, Gail (David) Wright of Lincoln, son, Bruce (Leanne) Edgley of Grand Ledge, three grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. There will be a Memorial Service Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Spruce Presbyterian Church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. Rev. Margaret Fox will officiate. Interment will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly Michigan. Memorial donations are suggested to the Spruce Presbyterian Church.
