Joseph P. Drean

Joseph P. Drean, 65, of Mikado, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Alpena Regional Medical Center. Born May 28, 1948 to Joseph Jr. and Frances (Wolfe) Drean in Ypsilanti, MI, he was raised in Wayne. Joseph served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. In 1971, he married Linda McMaster in Wayne. Joseph worked for Ford Motor Company, retiring after 24 years. In 2005 he moved to Mikado. He was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed golf, fishing, and snowmobiling. He is survived by his wife, Linda, his mother, Frances Drean of California, two sisters, and one brother. He was preceded in death by his father. Private memorial services have been held. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
